The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating organisational processes and information systems to identify business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions. The role involves analysing requirements, facilitating system improvements, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring that business processes align with organisational strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
